Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@svorasti.in with your Order ID and reason for return. Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the return process. Products must be shipped back to us at your own expense unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened or used.
Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
